DID YOU KNOW?

•CMU offers free counseling to students in either individual or group sessions.
   -To make an appointment, call (989) 774-3381 or visit during walk-in hours, Monday - Friday, 8 am - noon and 1 - 5 pm.

•The CMU Counseling Center is right on campus, located in 102 Foust Hall.

•Counseling is not just for psychological disorders or depression; Licensed counselors can discuss anything and everything from academics to sexual issues, or stress management to homesickness.

•Central offers career services to assist with cover letters and resumes on a walk-in basis in 240 Ronan Hall, Monday - Thursday 1 - 4 pm and Tuesday - Thursday 9 - 11 am.

•Each Residence Hall area has Counselors in Residence.

•Sexual Aggression Peer Advocates (SAPA) are trained to handle crises and on-call 24/7 to talk to victims of sexual aggression both online and by phone.

•Active Minds is an RSO centered on changing the stigma of mental disorders and bringing awareness to resources available to students.
